In or­der to mon­i­tor the pre­cise op­er­a­tion of the DC part of the sys­tem, the most im­por­tant elec­tri­cal pa­ram­e­ters can be mea­sured at each in­di­vi­d­u­al string. This is done com­plete­ly in­de­pen­dent of the so­lar mo­d­ules and in­vert­ers. Al­ter­na­tive­ly it can be limit­ed to or ex­tend­ed by one sin­gle mea­sure­ment in front of the in­vert­er.
The DC mon­i­tor­ing unit can be sim­p­ly con­nect­ed to other re­mote mon­i­tor­ing units via the lo­cal net­work. Con­nec­tions for cur­rent and vol­t­age trans­form­ers, pow­er sup­p­ly and lo­cal net­work are in­clud­ed. The DC mon­i­tor­ing unit is avai­l­able for both in­door and out­door installations. >>
